Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Armoury, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central warehouse distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
